The family of a 3 year old girl who was run over in a road traffic accident has decided to launch a personal injury compensation claim.
The little girl was run over by an 81 year old woman who has now been banned for life from driving. The accident happened when the pensioner’s car mounted the pavement, knocking over the girl’s mother and running her over. The child sustained serious internal injuries.
