A man who sustained head injuries in a car crash has been successful in his accident claim and has been awarded £340,000 by the Motor Insurers’ Bureau.
The man, who was a passenger in the car at the time of the accident, reported that his head injuries have led to memory problems and epilepsy, for which he takes medication. He has found it difficult to work since the accident.
