Last week, the street identified as the most accident prone in Britain was made safe last week with the use of 1,500 sq metres of bubble wrap!
Literally everything including cars, bins and lamp posts were wrapped up. According to research by a car insurance comparison website the residents of the street – Somerville Road in Worcester – have made the highest number of accident claims in the whole of the UK.
It was also bubble wrap's 50th birthday last week, which will be celebrated with the tenth annual 'Bubblewrap Appreciation Day'.
