A man who sustained a fractured skull in a work related accident has received a substantial personal injury compensation payout.

The man was given the accident claim payout for an incident which happened in July 2007 when he was working for the Severn Engineering Company. The man was involved in fitting a handrail at the University of Wales. He was struck on the head by a metal post which fell from the top of the staircase.
Head Injuries Suffered
His injuries included a fractured skull, facial and soft tissue injuries. He was unable to work for two years and still suffers from memory loss.
