A health and safety investigation, and possibly personal injury claim have been launched after a 14-year-old girl suffered burns over 70% of her body using an unmanned tanning salon.

In 1998 Ben Eeles, now 12 years old, suffered severe head injuries during a devastating collision between a passenger car and coach along the A12 highway in Norfolk. Whilst Ben Eeles survived, several others were not as fortunate. Ben now requires cost care and will do for the rest of his life. Ben is still receiving theory for his motor, speech and focus skills. Despite this, Ben is still able to live a content life but a large cost is required to keep him comfortable.
