The relatives of a man who was paralysed because of a motorbike accident are to mount a compensation battle on his behalf.

The man was involved in an accident when his bike was in collision with a car. The accident happened last September. The man is paralysed from the waist down having sustained a broken back. He spent four months in hospital after the accident.
