The accident happened in Ross-shire in July 2006. Julia Mackay, 49, was driving the car and her friend Christina Fraser, 24, was a passenger. Christina was tragically killed when a run away digger caused the car to crash. The haulage firm was fined last April for breach of Health and Safety law.

Earlier this year an appeal judge increased the fine from £3,750 to £30,000.
