A man, who sustained serious injuries when the car he was a passenger in crashed, is making an accident claim. Theroad traffic accident happened in 2006 and the man was left with serious damage to his chest and a head injury.

At the time the man had been training to be an apprentice carpenter. He was travellingin the front passenger seat of the car when the accident happened between Oakhan and Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire. The three passengers in the back of the car died.
He is attempting to sue the driver of the car who he believes was negligent. As a result of the accident the man is at increased risk of developing epilepsy, suffers from memory loss and extreme fatigue and aggression.
He is suing for £250,000, which includes £100,000 for loss of earnings.
