What type of neck injury can I claim for?

While you could claim for any manner of neck injury, one of the most common compensation claims for neck injuries is whiplash as the result of an RTA (Road Traffic Accident).

Some of the most typical symptoms of a whiplash injury are:

Headaches
Pain, stiffness or lack of mobility in the neck, back and shoulders.
