A man from Bolton who sustained serious head injuries during a bus accident when he was on holiday in Egypt is trying to make a personal injury claim against his tour operator.
The man ,who was 26 at the time of the accident, was travelling on a tourist bus trip to the pyramids when the bus was in collision with a lorry. The accident killed 12 people and 33 were injured. The man sustained a broken leg, fractured ankle and knee and head injuries. His recovery meant that he was forced to take 9 months off work.
The man is making the claim against the tour operator claiming that the bus driver failed to take adequate rest breaks during the six hour journey.
