A man who suffered a whiplash injury as the result of a car crash which took place in North Yorkshire has received an accident claim payout.
The man's car was hit from behind in a collision near the town of Molten. As a result the man reported suffering from the classic symptoms of whiplash. He had to take several weeks off work because of the headaches and pins and needles affecting his right arm.
The payout is reported to be £15,000 which was broken down between compensation for his injuries, the cost of repairing his car, loss of earnings, cost of medical treatment and recouping the insurance excess charge.
