A schoolboy sustained injuries to his spine, leg and hip when he was involved in a road traffic accident during which he was dragged under the wheels of a bus after his clothing got caught.

The boy was running alongside the bus having just missed it, he knocked on the window to attract the drivers’ attention, and then began to walk away when the bottom of his trousers got caught.

The boy has made a successful bus accident claim against Arriva London South.

After the accident, the boy had to undergo several operations including some plastic surgery.
